good variety helpful owner traffic noise tight parking
i had a nice sized room it had a lovely massive shower i appreciated the location shops were just a short walk away fresh fruit at breakfast was also a big plus. i found a good viriety of teas coffees and juices in the room it was replenished throughout my stay the bed was very comfortable. the owner gave me a map she explained where all the nearby places of interest were to me
i thought i was asked to pay the full amount a little prematurely i had not even been shown to the room yet

Super Stay, Super Clean!

I appreciated the clean room with adequate storage. Breakfast was great. I also liked the location, a short walk from the town centre and bus routes. I was delighted I could park at the hotel. Owner was helpful. The room was lovely. I liked the comfy bed and a very clean bathroom. Breakfast was simple, but well stocked.
Shower were a bit wonky.

The guesthouse sits just a short walk from the scenic Poole Park, a must-visit spot. The number one bus stops right across the street, so it does a circular route through the town center. This bus goes to the railway station and the shops.

I got a warm welcome from the host upon my arrival, I was shown around the accommodation. They gave me a local map with nearby places to go. The host is very knowledgeable about the local area, so that helped.

My room had fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. There was a good variety of teas, coffees, and juices in the room. The breakfast had fresh fruit, cereals and breads. I even had access to a fridge.

excellent stay close to park!
warm welcome knowledgeable host super clean room excellent breakfast
i loved the warm welcome i received the host caroline is super knowledgeable about the area she gave me a map and pointed out nearby places. the room was super clean and decorated nicely caroline thought of every detail there were nice toiletries and a hairdryer. the complimentary breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit natural yoghurt and different breads it was plentiful and delicious. i found a convenient location close to poole park a short walk away
the tv reception was a bit fragile but i didn't watch tv much anyway

the guest house is situated a few minutes walk from poole park this park is particularly beautiful and well worth a visit. it is about a thirty minute walk to the quay and the shops so it is convenient. the number one bus stops nearby and does a circular route around the town centre.

the breakfast selection was amazing there were various cereals fresh fruit natural yogurt and different breads available. i found plentiful and delicious options including jams marmalade tea coffee and juices all included. the fresh milk and variety of juices really stood out to me.

the host caroline is a very nice lady she lent me a laptop charger and holds a selection of phone chargers. she provided helpful directions and recommendations for local attractions that i found beneficial. caroline really goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and taken care of.

amazing stay! totally recommend!
good breakfast super clean room
caroline welcomed me so nicely, she gave me a map! it showed nearby places, totally cool. the room? super clean! she thought of everything, like toiletries and a hairdryer, so useful. the breakfast? unreal! cereals, fruit, breads, all the good stuff. i liked it so much!
the traffic noise, oh man, it was a bit crazy! even with ear plugs, it was still there. parking was tight. i had a tricky time there.

Decent Stay, Some Issues
comfortable room easy location fresh fruit faulty shower bad noise tight parking
My room was quite comfortable. The location is easy to find and near Poole Park. I liked the continental breakfast. It had fresh fruit and a variety of breads.
The shower didn't work properly. The traffic noise was really bad day and night. Parking was very tight. It would be difficult for larger vehicles.
